The one time I did not change the oil myself, the chain shop had over tightened and stripped the oil pan bolt.. Terrible mistake thinking oh it’s just an oil change. Being a recessed bolt you can’t just drill out like your typical ford/gm. This would be no good in a bmw with the n63tu motor. The day I droppped it off he pulled it, got the part on order and put on the day it came in. I was so excited to get my car back and he also changed the oil and replaced the transfer case fluid.
